DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Yes - we have off street parking in-front of the cottage for one large car. There is also unrestricted parking in the residential street opposite, and free parking for 23 hours a day in the council run car park next to the pub
WHERE IS THE NEAREST PUB OR RESTAURANT?
The local pub is a 50 second walk away (we've timed it!) and serves amazing home cooked food www.theblackhorsehotel.co.uk We also have a lovely family run coffee shop for breakfasts and lunch just a few doors away, a fish and chip shop a few doors away and a village store a few cottages down. At the weekends, there is also a pop up pizza takeaway in the local social club opposite the pub. You won't go hungry!
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Dogs are very welcome at Appleyard Cottage. We are a small traditional cottage, so only really big enough for one dog (but if you have two little ones, send us a message and we will have a chat about bringing two !) Almost everywhere in the Dales is dog friendly.
IS THE GARDEN SECURE AND ENCLOSED
There is a shared path at the back of the cottages. It is just one step to the gate to the garden which is fully fenced and secure

We have a nightly price which starts at just £80 a night in low season. Please contact us for prices
CAN WE BOOK ONLINE INSTANTLY ?
You can now book online. Once you have booked you will receive an invoice for secure payment through Stripe. Once payment has been received, your booking will be confirmed.
You can also send us an enquiry to book - we are usually super quick at getting back to potential guests who want to book. Fill in the enquiry form and you'll have a reply before you know it. Then we will request a deposit to hold the dates and take secure payment through Stripe.
WHAT CAN I DO DURING MY STAY AT APPLEYARD COTTAGE?
If you wanted to enjoy all of the things the Yorkshire Dales has to offer, you'd probably have to move in! Depending on what you enjoy, you can .... visit the gorgeous towns of Settle, Skipton or Grassington. Walk the Three Yorkshire Peaks or one of the many other walks in the Dales. Visit Bolton Abbey and take a steam train trip. Drive to the Lake District (50 mins away). drive to Gargrave (10 mins) and walk along the famous Leeds to Liverpool Canal. Visit Malham Cove, Janets Foss and Goredale Scar. Do the Ingleton Falls Waterfall trail. Visit the famous Courtyard Dairy (15 mins drive) for award winning cheese ....
